Seeking to deliver another of Bartleby’s letters, we enter the home of Firebead. Inside we find him with his nose in a book. It takes a second before he realises he has company, and he looks up at us.

There are a lot of NPC mods in this install, and most of them are in Beregost. So we are going to be looking at a lot of new characters over the next few chapters.

When I wake up, I take a closer look at the letters inside Bartleby’s case. I happen upon a letter that is addressed to someone right here in the Friendly Arm. I guess my legend will be as the Deliverer of Letters after all.

We follow the path back to Coast Way. Jaheira spots something shiny in a rock near the path.

As we continue along the road I decide to try and get to know our new companions.

It is time. I go to see my father at the Central Keep. He carries little with him for the journey – just his quarterstaff and a pack with some food.
